Browsing around Shopback and saw that they’ve increased the cashback on Deliveroo gift cards from 4% to 15%. Great to stock up for food deliveries and stack with any Deliveroo codes.
Seems like it’s on until Sunday 11:59pm.

Did they at least refund the delivery/service fee?
I have a similar experience - the only difference is my order was marked as cancelled due to lack of rider even though I ended up going to pick up the food myself. Wrote them a complaint saying they should pay the restaurant as I actually went to pick up the food. Few days later they replied but did not address my query; rather just apologised and gave me $10 credit.
I might be wrong but I think they wouldn't last much longer given the tight competition with UE/DD/ML.
Yep, mine too.
My house had to wait for 2 hours until delivered, got full money back + $10 credit from Deliveroo. Will I use Deliveroo again?
Maybe for groceries!
Deliveroo drivers are the worst.
Restaurants or drivers unavailable most of the time in my area (inner ring Sydney suburb)
Struggle to make a order once a month to use the Citibank credit card rebate.
Gave Deliveroo a go because of this. No working first order offer in Melbourne, slow delivery, jacked up prices, difficult process to get compensation for order being messed up.
I'll stick to Door Dash and Uber Eats.
It’s not worth the hassle, they have very little drivers and limited options on their platform
Had bad experience with Deliveroo
Made an order that originally said it will be delivered in 35mins
then keep extending the time till 2 hours
Called the restaurant and have been told that the food were ready long time ago
but no driver came to pick up
At the end I went to the restaurant in person and took the food
and the food marked as delivered after 4 hours
Would stay away from Deliveroo and stick with Uber Eats
(Note: I live in metro area and Uber Eats always arrived within 30mins)
