Can Different Cashrewards Accounts Have The Same Credit Card Information for The Linked Card?

Can my wife have a Cash Rewards account that uses the same credit card information?

As we have a joint account, we have one credit card each but the cards have the same number, expiry and CCV..

I think NO. Otherwise, you double dip the instore purchase for cashback.
