Samsung LS27AG524 Refund or Get Gigabyte G27Q?

As stated in the title,

I bought the $299 EOFY Samsung G27 LS27AG524PEXXY from PLE (should have just stop being a tightass and pay shipping from another competitor).

After almost a month now, i got notified that its not coming in. I was offered a Gigabyte G27Q which is supposedly spec for spec at the same price or a refund.

Its a secondary monitor to Vert mount it. Think thats a decent swap or should I get the refund?

    I have the M27Q version, bought it for $499 on a release sale. Very happy witth it so far. The G27Q should be pretty good as well if the quality is similar to what i recieved.

    I have both monitors. I think if you ever want to use the screen vertically, your only choice is the Samsung monitor, which also has better ergonomics. I think both are similar enough in most spec. I would personally take the G27Q for $299 since you can’t find it at that price
