Quite expensive, doesn't seem to be decent value.
Much better than apps. When there are two people in bed the apps will not be accurate when compared to the Sleeptracker that is worn by the user. Cheaper than a cracked screen from the iPhone dropping on the floor or a speeding ticket !

only thing it does is track your movement and say that you are in "deep sleep" in between those times. Then wakes you up (alarm goes off) when you move around that time you set to wake up.
I tried this, IMHO, wouldnt recommend it. but thats just me
Im sure your iphone / android app does the same thing .
Dont know how accurate it is to say that no movement = deep sleep - but im no sleep doctor.
Is this similar to the sleep tracking apps available on the iphone and android?
