We encourage all customers to do some research when looking to purchase any brand of UGG Boots.
Ensure you purchase from reputable websites or stores.
Contact details - If you can't find the business address or contact number of the business you have purchased boots from, who will help you with customer issues.
There are so many sheepskin boots out there claiming to be 100% Australian Made. How can you tell one authentic boot from the rest?
What to ask your retailer when buying your sheepskin products.
Where are your skins from?
Where are they processed?
Are the boots hand cut, hand stitched, hand glued in Australia?
Ask for the address of manufacturer and tannery. There should be no reason why your retailer cannot provide you with details of the origin of your boots.
All Ugg Australia® products are 100% Australian made at our factory and ecologically processed at our Roman Tannery in Laverton North, Melbourne.

I wear these bad boys every day and love them!

  • How can we use multiple discount codes to avoid shipping but still get the discounts?

  • Have had a pair since 2020 and they're good as new still. Wear them every day in winter

Thank you for the Positive Vote and Support in our Products

I bought a pair of this companies ugg boots early 2020 and they are falling apart - front glue failed, and the heal is splitting (leather and plastic insert).

Given they are only worn around the house I would have expected a longer life than this.

    • Odd the rep replied to the positive comment posted after yours and totally ignored you. Maybe that is the style of after sales service they provide.

    • Can you please send your order number?

      • Order #16422

        • Ok Bought February 2020, Do you want us to Repair and Glue the Sole for you?

          • @UGGAustraliaOfficial: The main issue is the heel breaking apart.

Although the sole coming away is not great it's something that I can fix and don't need to send it there and back again (with all the cost/pollution that involves) just for that.

            thanks anyway.

lucky you, the quality standards must have been better in 2020

    sadly didn't last one season

If I remember correctly the store rep blamed the sheep for giving poor quality wool :)

Yep sums it up. Worthy of a neg otherwise people will only see the rep replying to positive responses and not looking to fix unsatisfied customers.

I am a neg virgin, so saving it for someone really special :)

Ask for the address of manufacturer

Are the soles of these boots made in Australia or overseas?
Could we please know where they are made? and their address, as you have advised

There should be no reason why your retailer cannot provide you with details of the origin of your boots.

here's hoping we can finally find out
This is my fifth time asking, and wondering why you encourage us to ask questions, which you yourself do not answer :)

        • they'll have to scroll past your comment to see my neg anyway, but negs can limit how much they can post

          • @mycosys: What’s your order number?

          • @mycosys: We are happy and want to help this issue, could you please update your order number therefore we can contact you and solve it.

    • To correct myself I actually bought them in 2019, but regardless, it's possible that the quality has dropped since then.

It seems like at the very least, the soles no longer have actual rubber - the images appear to be foam only now.

This mob are awful, misrepresented sizes & colours, ridiculous irrelevant bot replies if there's an issue and just plain rude.

    • What’s your order number?

OP did ask if you are talking about the same company
I do not think Ugg Australia has an ebay store?
Interesting to know if you are possibly talking about another company

  • I just went to buy some minis but it's expired? It was in my cart as $70 but now is normal price at payment and COSY won't work.
