Note: The current "stable" software is 3.xxx which is still based on OpenWRT 15.05. I've actually been running this in my production environment for a while now both over FTTP and using a 4G donge (don't ask) and it's been stable for a house hold of people including streaming and gaming. Gl.Inet is currently developing beta software 4.xxx based on OpenWRT 21.02. Reports seem to be pretty good on the forums and the best thing about Gl.Inet is they do keep developing firmwares and often based on user feedback.

    The company actually has multiple people that maintain the different Amazon websites around the World :(

    Referring to their web site , the 667 is correct.

    I've flagged the error with Gl.iNet hopefully they'll fix soon.

    Ok, my apologies, I reached out to the company and they are now quoting 500 as the max Wireguard speed. It said this on their Amazon sites, but still showed 667 on their official site. They have now amended to 500. Sorry for any misdirection.

    I also tried to amend the OP but can't for some reason.

  missed the sale but looking at 2x of these for upstairs/downstairs setup via ethernet backhaul.
  also can I run a openVPN server so I can log back into home when I'm out travelling to backup pics etc to my home NAS?

  EDIT: seems I can run a VPN server on there, wireguard is the recommended option
