Hi guys, looking to get a new 50" TV. Unfortunately I can't fit a 55" which would have opened many more options. Looking to spend under $1200. I've found the TCL C635 and the Sony X85J 50" tv's. Will be in a dark room and used only for streaming on a firestick, won't be doing any gaming on it. Picture/Video quality is the main deal.

What about the Samsung 'Frame' TV? Might look good in a bedroom. Currently around $1400, but I'm sure it could be negotiated down, discounted gift cards, wait for a sale etc
