Where to throw away old printer?

I have some of old printer want to throw away. Last year someone came and pick up my old for free, but I lost his phone number.Does anyone know where to throw the old printer with free cost?My area near Canterbury,Sydney

    Check your council's website. Often they have collection days for e-waste.

    Freecycle is an option if the printer is somewhat working.

      These old printer my husband got it but not sure its still work or not. Thank for your advice ;)

      98% of free printers i come across still work, but the ink/toner is no more! so if by "somewhat working" you mean "needs ink/toner" then yes, someone might want it!

    Throw it on a HP/Epson employees head.
    In my experience it seems that inkjet printers are set up to have issues after the initial cartridge is used up.

      Don't blame the employees, they only work for them…
