I am NOT going to the shadow realm again for no dang chair.
I have this chair after selling my Secretlabs Omega.
I really like the lumbar support.
Headrest is a bit too forward to my liking even after pushing it all the way back.
Plenty of seat depth adjustments which is what i was missing on the Secretlabs.
The armrest is a bit too gimmicky with the way they can rotate out.
Support is VERY good:
When it first arrived, there was a crack on the chair base. I claimed for warranty. They said they will re-send the base immediately. I couldn't wait, i still continued to assemble the chair and used it fot about 2 weeks. Base arrived, and I was meant to replace the cracked base with the new one but I couldn't get the base off the gas tube even after trying to knock it off with a mallet (following youtube tricks). I contacted them again and they sent a new chair mechanism (where all the adjustment levers are connected to) and a new gas lift tube so I can start fresh again to connect them to the base.
This experience was so different compared to Secretlab who will keep on telling their customers to check their Youtube for adjustments instead of immediately sending replacement parts.
I know that Secretlabs is no comparison as an ergo chair but its in the same price range (usually, as Secretlabs has now gone up) and its probably not even in the same league as Ergohuman Elite (which can be under $600 at times).
Looking at the lumbar support this is probably similar to Ergohuman Fit but with metal base instead of nylon base. The price is probably similar as well.
Good deal at this price.

If you have a tape measure, any chance you could measure the min seat height from floor to the highest point on the seat?
