  • According to the three wise camels, this was $23.20 around boxing day. $24.50 with 14% cashback might be OK, but since this requires a promo code, it's invalid for CB!

Ah true. Hadn’t seen it this cheap for a while but still a good price comparatively and can personally recommend them. Used mine cooking a brisket on the weekend.

  • Noticed they’ve also got the non contact infrared thermometer as well for sale for $24.50. I’ll be grabbing one of them as will be super handy for checking grill temps. Don’t currently have one.

I've got one of these and it's great :)

Yeh they’re seriously good quality for the price. I’ve got a heap of their stuff. Got to spend a lot more on other brands for not really any difference in quality from what I’ve found.

Best feature that I didn't think I'd use is the magnet. It lives on my fridge for easy access. And marks me out to visitors as someone that takes my cooking seriously.

  • Frustratingly, these dont work with induction cooktops. The electromagnetic field from the cooktop makes these thermometers go wonky and spit out garbage readings.

  • IHT-2PB (2 extra probes + BT) is tempting too. Fair bit of extra functionality for $18 more.

  • I was about to post this myself. Good find OP.
