    Ah true. Hadn’t seen it this cheap for a while but still a good price comparatively and can personally recommend them. Used mine cooking a brisket on the weekend.

  Noticed they’ve also got the non contact infrared thermometer as well for sale for $24.50. I’ll be grabbing one of them as will be super handy for checking grill temps. Don’t currently have one.

    Yeh they’re seriously good quality for the price. I’ve got a heap of their stuff. Got to spend a lot more on other brands for not really any difference in quality from what I’ve found.

  Best feature that I didn't think I'd use is the magnet. It lives on my fridge for easy access. And marks me out to visitors as someone that takes my cooking seriously.

  Frustratingly, these dont work with induction cooktops. The electromagnetic field from the cooktop makes these thermometers go wonky and spit out garbage readings.

  IHT-2PB (2 extra probes + BT) is tempting too. Fair bit of extra functionality for $18 more.
