    So what's this for exactly? Let's say we already have instant pot, foe what type or cooking is this necessary?

      I think its better for rice cooking, less sticky

      • Honestly a game changing move is to just put your rice in the bowl you plan to eat out of, add water just over the top (after washing) and put on the steamer tray with water in the bottom as well.

        I have all bowls that are suitable in the pressure cooker, no mess no cleaning.
