@Pugkin: Well hope you get it. I have SFF (Dan A4) and it has a lot of limitations. Been waiting for the EVGA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti XC to hit $600-650 before pulling the trigger.
I paid $50 more a month back, has been a solid performer.

This or 3080 (10GB or 12GB) for 4K gaming?
i'd consider the 3080 if you can get it at this price. ampere tends to scale better than rdna2 at higher resolutions. both are very competitive at that resolution regardless.
Is the 12GB worth spending extra for over 10GB for the 3080?
depends on what games you play and if they will take advantage of the extra vram. most games at the moment will happily survive on 10gb, but over the next few years we should see games use higher res textures that require more vram
