  • My order placed at 11.12am is still "Open" after more than an hour. Is Liquourland having some issue with processing online orders today ?

      It will eventually update after a few hours. Known issue when purchasing multiple SKUs on the same order.

  • Tracked, but for less than 1/2 the amount of purchase. Spent $55 only got cashback for $25 ($6.25).
    Reading above, I'll wait and see what happens..

    Cheers op, ordered a bottle of Rooster Rojo Blanco Tequila for $50 and should come to about $28 after cash back and 2000 fly buys points.

  • I did a click and collect order which hasn't tracked, and I know it won't because at the end of the process I got an "unable to load order details" error, even though the order went through, and this has happened to me before. I'm still waiting for a claim to be finalised on that from a couple of months ago. I've done many successful Liquorland/Cashrewards previously.

    Has anyone else had this happen or know what is going on?

    • Mine also said "unable to load order details" at the end of the order. I've already picked up my order. So it's unlikely to track? Did you use the app?

      • No, I did it via PC. I'm 99% sure it won't track.

        Edit. I was 100% wrong. It just tracked!

    • mine said the same. Still waiting on mine to track 24 hours later. Haven't picked it up yet. Wondering if I don't and wait for them to refund me for non-collection instead. Can't see anything in Flybuys either. The order went through though.

  • Liquorland is a joke. Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut NV 750mL is $90. First Choice and Dan's are $77, Amazon is $75. Where do they get off at that price? Cash Rewards is also a joke - given all the issues noted here. In addition, the CR Chrome extension says the cash back rate is 2.5% while the Cash Rewards website says it is 25% until midnight. So which is it? I wouldn't bother anyway. Even with the 25% and the Flybuys the effective cost is still $59.54. There are plenty of cash back and FBuys deals where I have bought it for under $55 - usually at First Choice and sometimes Dan Murphy.

    damn, only saw this today. I saw the First Choice Shopback deal but the 2000 FB for $100 spend put me off, but I would have pulled the trigger for this deal as Liquorland is spend $50 to get the 2000fb….not sure how I missed this on Ozbargain yesterday…..damn again.

  • Two orders placed:

    • First one tracked in 7m.
    • Second one took 13h 49m. (I blame the stupid bot check that I completed in a second tab without clicking through from Cashrewards again. I'm assuming it didn't automatically track, but had to be put through manually when it got flagged.)

    Both showed the bonus Flybuys points on the order confirmation page.

  • Nothing tracked for me, using the Cashrewards app. I also did an amazon purchase that night with the Amazon app which tracked just fine, so I'm assuming something went wrong on Liquorlands end. As mentioned, I got a "unable to load order" page after ordering.
    Now I get to chase it up…

  • my purchase did not track. clicked through CR website onto LL website. waited 7days still nothing. Its annoying having to chase these up :-(

      Chased mine up waiting for them to get back. I don’t mind chasing cashrewards as process is simple. The issue is flybuys as my bonus points haven’t shown up yet also and think the terms says can take up to 4 weeks and you probably have to call them to get it fixed.

  • How long does it normally take for Cashrewards to chase it up normally? First time having chase a Cashback.

    I presume this was wider issue and they are swamped!

    • It took me over a week - but they immediately approved it for withdrawal thankfully.

    • They normally get back to you within a week and as long as you provided the right information they will put it to your account but won’t be approved for withdrawal yet. You probably need to keep an eye on it until approved for withdrawal as they can still decline it. I have an item decline before and had to get them to put it back. Suspect the store was being dodgy and informed Cashrewards that I returned the item when I never did.
