Isn't that a fitness band, this is a full feature wearos device like a galaxy watch 4
With no WearOS 3 in sight yet, this is nothing like a Galaxy Watch 4.
Yeah, without a firm commitment to wear OS 3 I wouldn't touch any current wear OS watches. Google Assistant still broken for most users.
@gadget: It will get it, may be few months late. But a capable device with great secondary display
@hopper: Has Mobvoi confirmed this? I do agree this is very well specc'd for the money tho.
@gadget: Pretty sure Mobvoi have only confirmed that it will be coming to the Pro 3 Ultra at some point in 2022. It seems like Samsung have exclusive rights to Wear OS 3 use currently, presumably until the Pixel watch comes out - which is speculated to be around October.
Really, I have both and don't see the difference. The pro3 has much better battery and build.
Galaxy Watch 4 battery life is dreadful, hardly lasts a day. Whereas TicWatch hold at least 4-5 days of battery life with normal use. And I don’t find any difference because to non-availability of OS3 in day to day use.
Looks to be cheaper if you buy direct

I'd pay the extra $10 to be able to deal with Amazon for any returns.
Any with LTE?
I'm using lte version. Works as expected. You need to follow few work around to make it work
can you make calls with google assistant - ie ok google call xxxx?
Not via voice
@hopper: what I thought. It worked so well when I had my original moto360.
Thanks - work arounds? Does Google Assistant work? Which model has LTE?
How does this compare with Garmin 245? Especially on fitness features.
Recently posted long term thoughts on the Pro 3
https://youtu.be/e9-WR7ADOYgIt's a fine WearOS watch, but if you're after something for fitness or sleep tracking, you're better off getting something specialised that you will continue to use.
(Yeah, it depends what you're after in day to day life, this just applies to how it's been used as my life became more WFH focused)
yeh - not really suitable for wfh imo. However if you are out and about….. In any case I'm gone from wear OS until google assistant actually works again. Sorry Mobvoi, I'm tempted by the price but google has dragged its heels for so long that I'm not holding my breath.
This or Mi Band 7 Pro jv?
