Yes you can use them individually. Not sure if they will backcharge you for the full amount including the bonus if you don't send your device in.

The website just got updated and some older models have got removed. I believe they removed any model that could get a $0 value from the select your model page so people can no longer do the $0 trade-in value trick anymore.
Thanks OP! Bought my S21 back in September during Telstra days for $624, didn't really feel it coming from an S10e but, oh well. Have dropped it more times than the last 10 years combined of owning a phone, yet they still offered $350. Combining with the $500 gives me $850 for a phone I paid $624 for. Did my order online and had a confirmation from JB that my S22 was ready to be picked up, and have been setting it up all night. Perfect size and feel for me, and glad to be back on a Snapdragon processor instead of Exynos! :)

Doesn't come with a pre-applied screen protector.
The S22 Ultra I picked up yesterday has a protective film fitted, which I'll leave on as it does a good job.
Have had an ESR kickstand case for a few months now. amFilm protectors are good and easy to apply, there's a choice of glass/privacy/hybrid/film (last two work best with FP sensor). Both on Amazon.
If you want something different, the Caseology and Cyrill cases are great at decent prices on eBay.
I'm using the expensive samsung green leather case to match my green s22. It doesn't come with a screen protector and putting a screen protector on messes up the finger print scanner. Finger print unlock works everytime without a SP but with one you have to press really hard on the screen for it to work and even then half the time it doesn't even work!

The e-mail you get tells you what items you need to send them. In my case it just says the phone so I'm not giving them anything more than what they asked for.

Check FAQ or t&C, it says for mobile phone, you don't have to include USB or charger. For tablet or others, there is option.
