Big W website regular has one on special for $30 with free delivery. Thinks it's a sunbeam. I bought one once as it's such a good deal, but haven't used it yet. People from this forum recommend this particular coffee grinder all the time.

This one is a burr grinder and does a fairly decent job if you don't mind standing there and holding the button in while it grinds.
Given that you're not pedantic enough about your coffee to be happy to spend big money, I think you'd be more than happy with the results you'll get from it.
Forget the aldi one mentioned above. When they were advertised we checked the reviews and they were pretty woeful.
My Sunbeam EM0360 grinds well, and at $30 from Big W as suggested above is a steal. Apparently it is soon to be superseded, hence the low price. However it is fiddly to use, so sometimes wish had instead bought a grinder with a on/off switch triggered by the portafilter basket, e.g. EM 0480, but as they are a hundred dollars more expensive, at least if you buy the em360 now and a better grinder later then can use em360 as a stick mixer (comes with mixer attachment)! The Aldi grinder is hopeless; it produces a very uneven mixture of various size grounds. Used it twice and soon Aldi will own it again!
I don't think you will find a burr grinder under $50. The only ones you will find will be blade grinders which are OK for spices but pretty bad for coffee

Even cheap burr grinders wont grind fine enough for an espresso machine
I bought one of these for around $80 (factory return) which works OK
