I have a feeling this would be more of a acquisition cost by the delivery companies and then hoping you keep ordering with them in future.
Agree but who would be loyal to uber, menu log, door dash, deliveroo blah blah and all the rest etc etc?
I ended up canning my deliveroo membership after some poor customer service experiences. Once order that was running late was just canceled with no real reason or compensationš„.
All delivery companies have their problems but I found these guys the worst.
yep really bad. I ordered from maccas down the road coz I was ceebs. After 2 hours, I decided to just go to maccas and get it myself. they were great, they offered to remake the food. Upon complaining to deliveroo, they offered me a measly $3 "compensation" to use in like 14 days. Safe to say I haven't used them again
