From what I can see the main benefit would be cheaper CBD parking in that location, but at at least $100 per month not too sure.
Can anybody else highlight some membership benefits for me, or is there a cheaper way to get membership?

you get 25% off accomodation at their RACV club (eg; Inverloch, Cape Schanck).. although for what you get, their accomodation is very expensive even WITH the discount (i only get the membership level with the discounts, not the one with the roadside assist)

Access to the gym might do it for some people.
Gosh I haven’t been in years but it used to be great because their restaurant was actually very good quality at the time - and great value!
The 25m pool attracted a lot of people plus the gym.
Parking was a great bonus if you want in a lot.
In the WFH era not sure it would be worth it…
