Free Kids Email with Parental Controls?

Looking for a free email service that has a parent login to monitor and adjust controls like blocking addresses etc. Does such a service exist?

    Cant you just use the same password to login (linked to your mobile for 2FA)? If your kid is smart/mature enough to change the password for added privacy means he/she probably doesnt need monitoring.
