Pull down TV Wall Mount (to Sit above Fireplace) ?

Hey all,

Anyone know where to source a good pull-down TV wall mount. Like a lot of people, our tiny lounge room means the only place to put the TV is above the fireplace, which makes for an uncomfortable viewing angle.

I saw these pull-down mounts available overseas, but can't seem to find any here. And I'm a bit nervous to order from oversease (or Amazon) as I don't know how secure or reliable they will be.
