    I did that, also disabled my vpn and also tried to access it on my phone and that did the same which is strange, thanks for your suggestion anyway.

      I thought the same thing, but the entry form is a box within the page and I only found the rest of the form when I accidentally scrolled down within the form box.
      Maybe that’s it?
