Genuine Leather. Check the specs below for dimensions. I went through checkout with store pickup and no problems with stock (SE QLD), but as with OW clearance items, it may sell out or not be available to all areas. Teds Cameras list it at $43.00, an ebay seller in Albury has these for $17 delivered.
