Is this a good deal?
I bought my dad a 3D printer, he loves it. (Ender)
I never know what filament it takes or what to get
The glow in the dark could be interesting?
eSun PLA+ is almost the gold standard. Well worth it at $21/kg
Thanks
1.75mm?
Creality Ender 3? Yes, 1.75mm, the more common size for small printers presently.
If you get glow in the dark filament you'll need to get a hardened steel nozzle or similar. GITD filaments chew through brass nozzles and will ruin them real quick.
sale ends 4/7/22
Independence day?
Great prices and great timing for me - thanks OP.
Thanks for the heads-up. Was running low
Thanks OP - placed an order.
I have only recently started using eSun and I quite like it.
Ive tried a bunch and pretty only much use esun or flashforge nowdays.
I didnt need any but just ordered over $100 worth as its better to have some on hand than none at all….
(that said I have 1K of filament sitting here lol)
Great pricing for filament with the 20% off, but not great pricing for resin unfortunately. was hoping to pick up some resin.
FYI free shipping for orders over $149, although shipping is only $7.95 for orders under $149.
I hate and love OP! Waiting for my Ender 3 S1 Pro to show up… Ordered more than too many filament spools now… Thanks @Bugg0
I've got one on pre-order too. Spent at least $150 on filament and more $ on accessories and some upgrade bits.
So glad I didn't put my filament order through couple days ago I was tied up on which colours to get. Haha
Anyone had success with the esun clear PLA. The few videos I've watched online shows it coming out not very clear at all.
That's normal, it's not going to be clear like glass. There are some techniques you can use to get a more transparent finish but I don't think it's an easy process — there's YouTube videos out there. Off hand, I remember some people said that PETG usually gives a more transparent result than PLA, but it still needs special settings to achieve that kind of look.
Thanks OP just bought 4 rolls of filament I can hardly justify haha
Accidentally just bulk spent, going to take me months to print through it. Pity no free shipping to NT but them's the breaks
I have storage boxes for 20 spools. Currently I have 19. I ordered 5 spools.
This is the way
Nice find! Guess I'm buying an excess of filament…
