I'm looking to buy either either of the two escooters listed above - the Segway Ninebot F40A or the Segway Ninebot Max G30. The G30 looks like the better scooter but the max rider weight is 100kg and I fluctuate between 101-104kg + work laptop. The F40A says 120kg - will it make that much of a difference? I've just seen a few forum posts to say that the G30 is definitely better. I'm also not sure whether I should try and wait for a better sale to try and price match with JB as I am using a gift card to get it but want it within the next 2 weeks. Also thought maybe I could resell the gift card for $100-$150 less and try to pick up a second hand better scooter off of marketplace because I know there are better ones than Segway out there. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Segway Ninebot F40A Vs Max G30
Hey mate. I was in the same position and in the end I went with the F40A. In the end it boils down to the G30 has about 20km more range but consistently costs about $200 more, you just have to decide what you prefer.
