To preface, this query is in relation to NSW toll relief program (which is due to be overhauled starting in FY23).
So I’ve been tracking my toll expenditure for the current fiscal year which is coming to a close swiftly. I’m nearing the ~$1,463 required minimum spend to cover registration cost of one of my vehicles. Last week, I was at around $1,360 and have since made a number of trips (at least $80 worth) which I have been charged by my E-toll provider yet the toll tracker relief system on service NSW’s website still reflects the $1,360. I’m getting worried I may not qualify for the free rego despite reaching the minimum spend requirement.
Does anyone know how often the toll tracker is updated and also if there is a glitch on the system, am I just SOL?
Confirming I don’t claim m5 cashback and the toll roads are eligible and part of the program.
Hi OP,
Random that I saw this old post, but I'm in a similar position but with the 40% rebate. Did the toll tracker end up reflecting your spend in the correct financial year? Thanks
