Ordered Diablo III from WOWHD few days ago, was told expecting stock from their supplier on 30/06/12. Canceled order, placed order at Dick Smith instead (stock coming in later this week/early next week) Fingers crossed.
I've bought heaps from these guys recently. Shipping takes about 4-5 days or so if it's in stock and comes from either Melbourne, Hong Kong or USA. Only 1 out of my 20 or so orders was from USA though. It seems that if I order a CD it comes from Hong Kong, Movies come from Australia and books from USA.
I've only ordered records from WOWHD and they seem to come from Hong Kong too. I usually get my item within 14 days. My experience has been good with them.
I've had items take about that long also, when it says "ships within 7-10 days" that means ships from their warehouse in 7-10 days so 4 days for transit is about right.
If it says "in stock ships 24 hours" then i find it gets to me in around 4 days. I usually buy Thursday/Friday and have it by Tuesday/Wednesday.
Nice. Just cancelled my Diablo 3 raincheck order with my local DSE for $59 and ordered this instead.
Be sure to check prices on both the UK and Aus sites as there are different prices - I found games were cheaper on the Aus sites, but dvd's were cheaper on the UK site.

It doesn't really make a difference but the packaging will be a little different (OFLC) compared to retail AU.
