I asked Bing Lee customer service the difference between blue and red models given that the blue model is currently $201 more. Tyrone's reply was:

"When i checked the manfacturer website it's the same specs only the color is different, blue vs red."

It appears as though the red model is a limited edition version.

    • I hope they didn't undo mine to fulfil yours haha

Own one, works great. I've tried many different types. This one is the best.

  • I've been perfectly happy with my $99 massage gun off of Amazon, but prices on the 'original' to my knock off is getting cheaper at least.

    • I really find these comment votes strange.

Am I not perfectly happy with my gun, but someone obviously knows better and their negative vote is to make me aware I am wrong?

Yeah very strange downvotes. my el cheapo for $80 from amazon does an amazing job and I would definitely recommend it. I've used a proper theragun before, and had a physio use one on me. It's exactly the same. I play a lot of soccer, cycling, running, so i get plenty of use from it

    • I've tried a cheap one and compared to my G2 Pro, it was garbage.

  • How much better is this than the theragun liv. I just ordered the liv a few days ago for $179 for my wife as she has a workplace injury on her shoulder.
This was $650 and thought it wouldn't be worth the extra but hoping to see if anyone has experience with both

I've had both (G3 not G4)- from a functional perspective man differences are variable speed and head angle, greater run time, more attachments and you can really get a heap of force behind the pro without it stalling.

I would think she'd be fine with the Liv, $179 is a great price.

The hot swappable battery on the G4 pro is meant to be pretty good and my partner does appreciate the lower speed setting. However, I don't know that you necessarily 'need' to spend 2 and a half times as much.

Thank you. Will see how it goes then. If not ideal I can look into an elite later on

      • Omg it arrived today. The power is like a jackhammer. I told her to try it for a bit. If it's not something she feels the benefit of. I'll probably get the elite.

        • +1

Well that's kind of what it is in a way, just depends how much pressure you apply. I rarely use mine on low speed personally but i'm also using it on major muscle groups.

The theragun is more jackhammerish than a lot of the cheaper options given greater stall resistance under force, but theoretically that's an advantage.

Maybe go in store and get her to try one before you drop more cash on it.

@Bargain Slut: She's a small little Filipino woman. And that pounds pretty damn hard. I was thinking I'd gift it to my dad instead. I might go and do what you said and try it in store

            • @maverickjohn: Your wife is getting pounded pretty damn hard? As long as you're the one pounding her with your jackhammer, I wouldn't be complaining.

  • Someone who knows please, what’s the difference with say the Amazon RENPHO Muscle Massage Gun.

    • Go to shaver shop and try a normal massage gun and a Theragun and you should tell the difference after that.

    • They wont give the sale price. Did you have any luck?

      • +1

I was lucky as well and got the rep to sell me one at the sale price

        • Very lucky indeed! Can you please send a screenshot of what price you got? I will try again.

          • +1

@Bargainhunter83: Can confirm I received the same sale price as well

          • +1

@Bargainhunter83: I just asked if they could do a one off sale for the $498 and they added $10 for shipping, the rep surprisingly agreed since i emailed and called with no luck. I think it may depend who you get as your rep

  • It is being listed at $699 now

  • My order from Sunday is still showing "pending fulfilment". Anyone else's?

    • Ok, has been updated and shipped now.

  • Anyone have their order not shipped yet?

    • Mine was posted Tue evening.
