Some users have had tracking issues but most can be resolved by raising a query with their team. Tracking usually take under 30 minutes and it will show in the app. Others users will say Cheddar is a POS and neg this deal.
Be careful with Cheddar, somehow their system can't track your order, even though you follow the instructions, took them 3 weeks to have it resolved. To me, I have no issue with Shopback.
