Possibly overwatering… that’s how most people kill off my Phals. Must let them dry out (roots go from vivid green to silvery green) between waterings
Exercise some creative license. I purposely didn't follow all of the instructions and made some of the flowers more perky than 'droopy' but adding connectors the 'wrong way'.

I reckon these are a bit weird with their part counts. 608 pieces, but the "dirt" is loose single pieces, maybe 1-200 of them. If you move these, be careful as they can fall out of place easily.

Kmart has it for $69, but currently out of stock…. this is a decent price.
Wish there was more of these like the succulent one that are designed to be built by a group. My kids loved building that one.
