Intel NUC M15 v HP Envy X360 Laptop - Budget $1400

Hi,

I'm looking to pickup a 15'' laptop and have narrowed my search down to the following two – my budget is $1400

INTEL ® EVO™LAPTOP POWERED BY 11TH GEN INTEL® CORE™I7 PROCESSOR 1165G7 AND INTEL® IRIS® XE GRAPHICS BC710ECU7B $1299

HP Envy x360 15.6-inch R5-5500U/16GB/512GB SSD 2-in-1 Device $1498

Just wondering which would be the better choice given the main difference is the AMD vs Intel processors?

The machine will be mostly used for productivity tasks, email and some light photo editing in LR once in a while

Any thoughts?

      You can run Windows on a MacBook.

  Either will do really, much of a muchness.
  Others will argue RAM speed or CPU cores, etc.
  I'm not arguing Intel vs AMD, I only do Intel.
  Dell Latitude are good, aimed at the corporate market.
  Consider Pro-support but may need to expand budget.
