Bought a gift card 3 weeks ago.
Still didn't receive it.
I have reached out to the support by sending emails.
The website was from Australian Retirement Trust.
But nobody's replying…
Looking for a possible solution to the problem.

Hopefully your email to the support has a lot more details than this forum post, otherwise I might understand why nobody is replying.
"redeemmygiftcard" —> who are these guys? Or do you mean Redeem Your Gift Card? Where did you purchase the gift card from? Whom did you contact regarding the non-delivery?
