Hi, anyone come up with a similar problem?

Bought a gift card 3 weeks ago.
Still didn't receive it.
I have reached out to the support by sending emails.

The website was from Australian Retirement Trust.

But nobody's replying…

Looking for a possible solution to the problem.

    Hopefully your email to the support has a lot more details than this forum post, otherwise I might understand why nobody is replying.

    "redeemmygiftcard" —> who are these guys? Or do you mean Redeem Your Gift Card? Where did you purchase the gift card from? Whom did you contact regarding the non-delivery?

      The last gift card I've purchased from them was this Monday on public holiday at 6am. Received gift card at 11am. They are legit.

        I'm not saying they are not legit. Just that no deal for that particular store has been posted for 2 years.

        There are so many gift card places posted on ozb every odd days, must have been a unique gift card.

    I haven’t been waiting weeks like op, but I’ve been waiting over 32 hours or so for mine and it’sa no show. Bought of them before and had a gift card within 3-4 hours, so worried that I’ve just waved goodbye to my money. Did you ever get your gift card in the end OP?

      I ordered a Woolies gift card on the 24th Aug and didn't receive it til the 29th Aug.

    So I logged onto their website. When trying to make an gift card order it seems that have to pay by direct debit now.
    Could of sworn that could pay by CC previously. Has this recently changed?
