Cashrewards Cash Back at Big W Only Online??

I had a message from Cash Back saying Big W is only online but I am sure it says in store and online.
This is the email:

*Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your BIG W transaction.

I have received a copies of your receipt for your ​BIG W​ transaction. Please be advised that ​BIG W​ only offer cashback for online transactions, any In-store transactions will not be eligible for cashback.

If you purchase this items through online, kindly send a full copy of your email order confirmation and invoice with order date, order number and payment information from ​BIG W​.

  No you have to use click and collect and pick up instore. Cant use giftcarrds for cashback, can use instore
