Hi, I'm planning on buying this one as it is only sale, 200$ off, on Netgear's store website:

I've taken time to read the reviews on YouTube as well but I'm hoping to get reviews and comments from users residing here.
Just to give a little background on my setup, we live in a double storey townhouse unit; with a separate garage on the back.
I currently use 2 routers, both are Netgear Nighthawk models; one is a modem router and the other is configured as an access point.
Both routers are connected using Netgear's Powerline 2000. The modem router is placed at the ground floor, while the access point is on the top.
We use AussieBB 50/20 Unlimited, so far speedtest shows I get 40Mbps+ downloads and 17Mbps+ uploads on both routers.
I'm planning to place the 3 points such as there's 1 on the top floor and 2 at the ground floor.
I plan to place one of the points in the garage in the future, but not really 100% sure yet.
I'm more inclined to getting this due to its compact size and cheaper option, compared to the Orbi.
The design is also discrete, and goes well with the ambience of our ground floor.
Since this is Mesh, I could have a cleaner setup since I could do away with the powerline adapters.
Aside from YT videos, I've been reading reviews online which give mixed reviews. Some would say the network speeds would drop between points.
This is my main concern, since I plan to place the points on different floors I might not be able to get the same speeds as to what I currently have.
I'm hoping to use this router in the long run as well, especially if I decide to increase to a different service speed or provider.
Here are some questions I have in mind:
- How's the speed between points?
- Do all points have LAN ports in them that can be used to extend the network further?
- Do the points have a way to be mounted? For example holes that can hook into into a screw.
- How's the router's interface? I read online you can use the mobile app provided but is it still configurable via its IP address?
Hoping to get some meaningful answers and insights if you have any. Thanks!
