They list it for $4.99 on their site or free with sign-up to junk mail.

Thought I would share the link as they don’t hide too well and may come in handy knowing basic laws in Australia for lock picking.

    The book practically says, you can have lock picks as long as you don't use them to commit a crime. Duh. Downloaded and chucked.
