Best 1TB M2 under $150?

I'm looking for a budget but durable (and hopefully with dram cache) 1tb ssd to pair with my Legion 5. Any suggestions? I can do Amazon or other sites with delivery

    Kingston A2000 is the best value, with TLC NAND and with DRAM. Cheaper drives like the Crucial P1, Crucial P2, Kingston NV1 are QLC and/or DRAMless.
    The A2000 is ~$130 at Shopping Express after discount, shipping and surcharge
    Samsung EVO 970 Plus 1TB is sometimes around $150 if you want a high end Gen 3 Drive.

    Samsung 980 1TB is right at 149 in multiple stores, or spend $20 more get their 970 Evo Plus, about the best Gen3 M.2 you can get.
