walk passed Chatime in Sydney City Westfield and noticed a sign offering $3 drinks. Their drinks are usually $4.2-4.50 for regular, so its a good 30% off.
not sure if this is available in any other store.
not sure about dates the offer will be valid, or if there are any other time/ quantity restrictions as I cannot see any t & c in the fine print of the sign.
the 3 drinks are:
Almond Milk Tea (Hot or Cold)
Malt Roasted Milk Tea (Hot or Cold)
Fig Jelly Mango Drink (Cold only)
enjoy!

i think it's cha time, cha = tea (in Mandarin), hence it is 'tea time'
I'm very confident you're right.
chatime is about to die in twn :(
Deal is also happening in Glen Waverley stall (Victoria)
You can also purchase Large size drinks and it would also be $3.00 still
Lolly water - very unhealthy
Easyway is way more lollywaterish
So is acid water. :)
Even been to an Asian supermarket, like V-Plus? Apart from a few Bok-Choys at the front of the store, all the other food they sell is worse than the USA
Have to disagree, it depends on what you buy. If it's just sugared drinks and instant noodles, then yeah of course it's unhealthy. There are loads of other stuff though - fresh soy milk (sugared or unsugared versions), tofu, fresh fish products, fresh noodles.
worst, most inaccurate generalisation ever.
Drinks:
Tropical Juices using fresh fruits
Coconut Water
Yakult
and many more…btw, whats V-Plus?? Franchised Sydney ones are TongLi & New Yen Yen.
Edit: Just googled V-Plus. yep its a franchise. but Tongli has more.
Its pretty much racism.
Votes say it all.
anyone knows if this deal is available at the Swanston st, Melbourne store? Was there last Wed and didn't notice such deal.
It was available at World Square also in Sydney CBD so it's probably on at several places
nice, thanks for the post, however my 2 cents in;
not sure why these drinks are popular here…
its basicaly water+sugar+colour… absolute rubbish…Milk Tea (pearl milk) is basically 70% water 20% sugar 5% tea and 5% starch balls, and they charge $5
Why you pay 3.5 bucks for a Coke from a vending machine? Tell me why then I will give you the answer for your question.
I can confirm this offer is valid at Sydney Chinatown (Dixon St) store, also George St (opposite World Square) store. I bought the almond milk tea, paid $3. But receipt said $5. so 40% off.
Sydney deal only ?
how do you pronounce this places name. Is it Cha-time or chat-ime or neither?
