Can I Use eBay Discount Code Where Seller Has Sent Me an Offer?

I need an answer for a long time.

On eBay, can I apply a code (let's say the eBay plus $5 off $15 spend, or those $10 off no min spend) to the order if I accept seller's offer (sometimes after i put an item on watch, seller send me an offer)?

      You can do a test checkout. Do add to cart (not buy now) then apply the code in checkout see what happen. If it works then the same code will work with offers for the same listing.
