Infrared Sauna Blanket/Portable Recommendations

Just wondering if anyone owns one of these?

I was looking at the MiHigh, $699. It's highly recommended.

However, I did notice you can get plenty of versions for under $300.

I also noticed that UFC fighters when doing weight cuts in their hotel rooms, use the square sit down saunas.

I'm just trying to work out if they all have similar benefits, and it just comes down to preference and cost.

Have a hot shower
That way you don't swim in sweat
Oh and it's just water weight btw
