I stopped buying this stuff because it contains soy (Most do) and went with 1 without it harder to mix but worth it imo
which brand has no soy?
I was using this https://www.aminoz.com.au/amino-z-whey-protein-isolate-wpi.h…
what's the issue with soy?
Lots of stuff but not going to get into an arguement will sum it up as personal preference
So you prefer another mass produced white labelled rebranded protein that's handled more times than buying an OEM product?
That has nothing to do with Soy and everything to do with $
I also checked my ON label and it's 100% Whey powder. Yes, it includes lecithin for what I assume is for ease of mixing but no soy protein.
@Suspect420: I have a personal preference for non soy products - yes
@User123321: Agreed - I also don't like soy products either. Can you please point out where and how much soy it contains?
@Suspect420: Glanbia uses Soy Lecithin as the emulsifier in this product to help it mix with water easier but they don't specify how much of the blend is that. If the white label product mentioned above is from the manufacturer I believe it is then they use Sunflower instead of Soy which isn't as effective a a mixer but depending on what your preference is t may be beneficial. The Optimum nutrition brand offer a similar product without Soy but not the gold standard whey.
At $36.60/kg isn't is cheaper to just eat steak now?
