Tried-and-Tested Ideas for Meals for Three?

Good evening everyone,

I am going to be moving in with my two partners soon, and would love some ideas for batch meals/meal pre/meals using ingredients for three people effectively.

I would also love to know if there are certain ingredients that freeze/preserve better.

Thank you so much in advance!

EDIT: Don't know why people think I'm a troll, yes I just joined today but wanted to participate in the forums.

I know some great meal ideas but unfortunately they're only for 2 or 4 people. I can't think of how you could possibly use them for 3 people.

It's not really that difficult. You simply cook for 12 people at a time instead and divide it by 4 portions.

Peel a banana. Gently push your finger against one end. The banana will split into three along its length.

    You're welcome.

Ha i just had a similar thought myself and created my own post, then saw this. But i guess you're looking for ideas from peeps and I just wanna steal people's tried and self tested recipes. Soup (pumpkin/lentil or pea soup) is easy to cook, easy reheat and awesome for cold weather). Red pasta sauce with meat (or no meat) of choice. Rice, curry and lentils or beans. Fried rice, bbq foods and salads. Pasta salad.

If you're going to move in with two partners who were already and still are partners and living together, then what food you make might not be the biggest challenge you need to prepare for. Unless you mean business partners then you should come up with a good plan with the other two because if y'all running business in that home all day then maybe the food could be tax deductible.
