Decent price for a 12v Battery Tester

If you're local to any automotive stores (autobarn, repco, supercheap, etc.), give them a call and see if they can check it. My local autobarn does free battery checks, and don't try to sell you batteries if you don't need one.
You can also try to fully charge the battery using a charger. I have a small battery charger that's supposed to be able to repair/desulphate the battery.
I purchased this a few months back and no issues and quick postage from seller, cheaper than getting it from china.
can't you just use a multimeter to check?
Multimeter will show you the charge, Not the health (CCA)
well it mainly used to check the voltage..
if it is below 12 volts then the battery is needs charging..
Anyway most batteries only warranty for 2 to 3 years..
after that you can replace them or try recharge the battery if can't start your car..
not sure how useful it is to check the health of it..
if you already know how long you have owned the battery..
e.g. if you have owned it for 3 years then it might be time to get replaced if you are experiencing issues..

Nice….getting low power errors recently after a dead battery from leaving the car sat while away for a couple of months - have an injury so can't take the battery off to charge fully but I wanted to test it to see if it's failing as even after a good 20-30mins run it's still throwing errors. I want to know if I need another battery so hoping this will do the trick!
