Bunnings will price match any online store (as long as it's an Australian site) or physical store. I'm not sure if it's a price match or if it's a price beat (like Officeworks). You'll have to look up the details.
I've seen these at Big W and the Reject Shop in the past don't know if they still have them. Bunnings would probably be your best bet.
Alternatively you can make your own, just google "diy upside down planter".

Personally I wouldn't buy one of those, they usually only last 12 months before they disintegrate or fall apart.
The link altomic posted is a good idea but I use PVC piping, fat and short pipe or upside down or medium and long pipe for side holes. Both have worked well for me in the past.
If you know where to look, you can get everything you'll need for under $5. Cheaper if you already have some of it lying around the house/shed.
I remember seeing some at Bunnings.
