Not really. I always check that it's like-for-like when comparing prices..
IWhat I have heard is that some of the colognes can be much older (unsold from other markets) and therefore, not as 'fresh' so may not last as long.

Costco has a satisfaction-guaranteed policy. You used it and you don't like it? Return it.
Costco would not be able to get away with selling counterfeit products. However, it's worth noting there are several different types of perfume with varying concentrations and thus price points.
