Upgraded to FTTP from FTTN on June 1
NBN down since Sunday 05 June (No Optical Connection)
NBN can only send a technician on Wednesday (after 72 hours)
Need an interim solution as I am working from Home
I asked Superloop to activate my FTTN but they claim its not possible as it has been upgraded
Use your phone. Click the wifi icon in the menubar and under Personal Hotspot choose "utsc's iPhone".
Hotspot off your phone. It's generally adequate for e-mails and Teams calls.
Just go audio only for Teams calls though
NBN down for 72 Hours - Interim Solution WFH
Assuming your neighbour's internet is also down and you can't ask to share their connection, wireless connection is your only option, so hotspot your phone or use another mobile connection.
Need to learn to hack Wifi :)
