Best Wi-Fi Mesh below $399 Range

Hi,
I am not a tech savvy person, and I have just a 100 MBPS NBN line from More. My budget is just below $399 range. I have shortlisted few Wi-Fi mesh, and need guidance as what I should select.

My requirements are

  • decent speed everywhere in 4 bedroom 2 floor house. I prefer 3 (router + 2 satellite)
  • A device that supports parental control
  • Wi-Fi 6 is preferred but currently I don’t have any laptop that supports Wi-Fi 6 (but I do have iPhone 12)

The items I have shortlisted so far are as below which are within my budget

  • Ozbargain post of NetGear Orbi Pro AC3000 Tri-Band MESH Wi-Fi + Ceiling Mount Satellite Bundle (SRKC60) $399 Delivered (Was $899) @ NetGear Store
  • Costco $399 for Netgear Orbi AX1800 RBK353 WiFi 6 Dual-band Mesh System 3pk RBK353-100AUS
  • TP-Link Deco X55 - AX3000 Whole Home Mesh WiFi 6 Router $399 at Amazon AU

Following. Interested to know what is the best option.

  • We have had the M5 x 3 pack in a 40 square house on 1 level and hasn't missed a beat for a few years, you need the X60 for 1000/40 with iinet, will get it eventually.

  • I have the RB352 (the 2 pack rather than the 3 pack) and its been great

  • Similar situation here. 4 beds, 2 floors, weak signal in places with constant drop out.
Deco M5 three pack changed the game for me. Now seamless throughout the house
    <$300 when on offer.
    It has parental control too

M5 x 3 are $212 at the good guys commercial, if you have access to that

  • The parental control angle seems to be changing with lots of brands now going to a subscription model ( I don't need any more of those) Apparently the tp-link has one of the best systems but depending on versions of mesh you might get "homeshield (subscription) or "homecare" (now free for lifetime)

I just got Deco x68, upgraded from Google nest mesh (gen 2). I got 2 pack from ebay second hand for a steal ~$220. I'm trying to sell my two 2 Nest units for around that price.

Wifi extends much further, speed may be better as well. We just have two units for a long, narrow hallway house, works fine. Plus I can now get wifi in my shed which is 20+m away (we live rural). I wanted 3 units, but honestly seems like we won't need it.

I think all choices are good, just get whatever is on sale. Just check the software that comes with it. Some TP link requires paid upgrade to get all features. Hopefully I don't want/need them in the future. I think x55 may come with the full software included. x68 have two ethernet ports on each unit - this was main reason I upgraded from nest - only the base router has ports.
