Just contacted eBay customer service. Initially I was told I will receive it "soon". After I insisted a follow up date, now they promised next 72 hours. See what happens next week

I did this last time, contact the seller and ask to cancel the purchase, you should get the $50 voucher back.
Chased them up again today. Got told again "a few more days".
Muppets. All they have to do is issue vouchers for purchases paid for 2 weeks ago, that were planned at least a couple of months ago. It's not a tough job, that needs to keep getting delayed.
Blaming entry level customer support that requires senior level clearance to provide lol
I don't think @odysseus was fully pinging the blame on the entry level support, but in saying that it's pretty clear they love to handball a case on if they can and the fact the "senior" level support still haven't fixed this is pretty laughable.
Still no voucher here, sounds like I need to contact them…
Straight from my chat:
"I am really sorry to know you have not received the voucher yet. Please do not worry, I will escalate this concern with the higher team, they will check your account activity and once we get an update from them, we shall get back you via an email."

It's with my credit card company now - they've already applied a credit for the Plus fee so I don't really care how long it takes them to resolve it.
I still haven't got my $50 voucher either yet. Also has anyone got the $5 voucher that you can use on a $15 item? We're supposed to get those monthly too
