  Had some bad experiences with BigW bikes. Not the best build quality, but I guess can’t expect too much at that price range. Hit and miss but they have good returns/exchange policy

    Had a Diamondback DB20 and was an awesome bike. Recently sold it for nearly as much as i paid for It. Great kids lightweight bike.

  FYI I was contacted by Raymond Terrace NSW store today. They have my bike awaiting pickup.

  They told me they are refunding as the bike is now subject to a safety recall.
