Recommendation for an Android/iOS PDF read aloud App.

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone is aware of a good Android/iOS app that can read a pdf aloud, a good text to speak app that can read a pdf book. Please let me know if there is something out there, that is genuinely good.

    Pretty sure Apple Books can open PDFs and read via Siri
