Jarrods Tech gave that one a bad review … no mux switch and a very flimsy build
Actually they’re pretty solid, can survive a real thrashing by kids. But the lack of mux switch is a deal breaker imo

@websterp: When I first started selling computers, I remember selling Toshiba Notebooks with CGA graphics.
IE 4 shades of Blue.
Looks better than the Amstrad. lol

Laptop prices aren't usually great discounts for EOFY. Best time to buy is usually when a model is being replaced with the new version.

Lenovo Legion 5 (or 7) Pro for sub $2,000 with:
12 Gen Intel or Ryzen 6000-series, 32GB Ram DDDR5 (2x16), 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD, 15.6" screen with min. 144Hz, 1440p, RTX 3080 (or latest Ryzen), Mux switch, Thunderport 4 PD ..Disclaimer: there maybe a large amount of "yeah, yeah AS IF!" in my post. lol
There is a lot of inflation happening right now. But inflation is much less compare to price drop from technological obsolescence. So probably going to skip EOFY and check again in about 2 months time. Given the 4060 would have 12 gb of ram..
Any 3X series such as the 3070 with only 8gb of ram would be less appealing
Im after a laptop 15.6-17 inch, 144 hz screen minimum, 3060 RTX minimum, 16GB ram Minimum, 1TB NVMe and Ryzen 5600-5900 sub 2k mark. If this is possible… i hope someone who knows laptops can point me in the right direction. Cheers.
