    I may be missing something obvious, but how do you claim the later chapters? steam is not giving me the option (base game is in library)

      On XBOX it's called "Tell Me Why: Chapters 1-3" so I imagine the "base game" includes the chapters. Doesn't appear to have any DLC available for purchase except the soundtrack.
